This notice is issued by Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, for the cleaning of sanitary tank(s). This effort is to seek out qualified sources capable of providing services required by the attached Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statement (PWS)/ESPEC. All interested parties are encouraged to respond.
The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services. The Government anticipates issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the required services.
The Government is interested in receiving responses from all qualified sources capable of providing the services. Large and small companies that have experience with this service are encouraged to respond to this notice by 13 August 2026 at 9:00 AM EST.
