DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) requires a Proponent to deliver high-quality, cost-effective cleaning and caretaking services for the Department of Student Housing and Residence Life (SHRL) during the spring/summer (end of April to end of August). The UTM campus includes a variety of residence types, and cleaning needs fluctuate throughout the year based on occupancy cycles. Please refer to Schedule 1 for more details on the scope of work. Negotiation: At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification. APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s): The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19 Electronic Auction: The process does not involve an electronic auction.
