INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Clear Suscription SS-BCFP-18-064 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (BCFP) intends to make award to West Publishing, PO Box 64833, Saint Paul, MN 55164. on a sole source basis under FAR Authority 13.106-1(b)(1) for A subscription to CLEAR Online Investigative Software. Currently CLEAR is a critical resource that supports the Bureau's abiltiy to engage in core investigative functions such as locating individuals, tracing assets adn identifiying organizational structures and subsidiaries of subject's under investigation. CLEAR is a powerful database that provides searchable access to millions of public and proprietary records including phone and ulitliy records, consumer and credit bureau data, DMV records, real property records, tax information, professional licensing records, bankruptcy and liens records, secretary of state records and UCC filings. West Publishing is currently the only known provider of the breadth and depth of information that ifts the needs of (BCFP) NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
