Clearing, Grubbing, and SWPPP Implementation

This subcontract involves providing initial site preparation services for prime contractors on Arkansas Department of Transportation railroad grade separation projects located in Columbia. The scope of work includes clearing and grubbing project areas, removing debris, and installing essential erosion control measures such as silt fences and ditch checks. The contractor is responsible for applying temporary seeding in accordance with the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and must ensure full compliance with the DEQ Authorization Letter and USA Corps of Engineers Section 404 Permit requirements. The ultimate objective is to deliver a cleared and compliant site ready for subsequent construction phases.
