This procurement vehicle is for the delivery of various services required on an “as and when requested” basis by Natural Resources Canada, in support of Natural Resources Canada Greening Government Technical Support Services. The scope of this request for supply arrangement (RFSA) is to qualify companies to deliver Client Facilitation Services to help NRCan assist client organizations plan, develop, and implement major energy efficiency and GHG initiatives through the use of energy management, measurement and verification (M&V), renewables, and energy performance contracts to help meet the FSDS targets.
