CLIM-2526 _Services sur demande d’installation de câblage informatique structuré – Contrat d’un an Description, nature et étendue des travaux Description pour l’avis SEAO : Le Cégep Limoilou est à la recherche d’un prestataire de services spécialisé dans l’installation de câblage informatique structuré pour la réalisation de travaux sur ses différents sites, soit le campus de Limoilou (1300, 8e Avenue), le campus de Charlesbourg (7600, 3e Avenue E) ainsi que le Centre de formation et de consultation en métiers d’art (299, 3e Avenue). L’entrepreneur, expert dans ce domaine, doit posséder toutes les accréditations et certifications nécessaires, notamment être certifié par le manufacturier du système de câblage proposé (ex. Belden ou équivalent ou supérieur) afin de permettre l’émission de la garantie système du manufacturier. L’entrepreneur devra respecter l’ensemble des exigences du guide de câblage du Cégep Limoilou, du guide de conception de la Direction des services matériels, ainsi que toutes les normes applicables de l’industrie et celles propres à son champ d’expertise. Le contrat comprend deux volets : 1. Réalisation de projets spécifiques Certains travaux sont prévus dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres et devront être estimés par les soumissionnaires. À titre indicatif, ces travaux incluent notamment : · L’installation de 47 nouveaux câbles de catégorie 6A (CAT6A) ; · L’installation de 515 nouveaux câbles de catégorie 6 (CAT6); · L’installation de 220 Pigtail CAT6; · La suppression de quelques 918 câbles. · L’installation de 32 fibre mono LC Duplex OS2; · L’installation de 32 Coax LMR240-50; · L’installation de 16 Coax LMR240-75; · Le déplacement d’une fibre optique dans la sous-station Q2309. Ces travaux devront être réalisés entre le 1er juin 2026 et le 7 août 2026. 2. Services sur demande Le contrat comprend également la possibilité de réaliser des travaux ponctuels de câblage informatique structuré sur demande, pour différents projets ou interventions sur les sites du Cégep. La valeur totale de ces interventions ne pourra excéder 50 000 $ pour la durée du contrat d’un (1) an. Cette description des travaux est fournie à titre indicatif seulement. Les soumissionnaires doivent se référer aux plans et devis pour l’étendue complète des travaux. Les travaux devront être réalisés durant les heures d’ouverture du Cégep. Les bâtiments demeureront occupés par la clientèle étudiante et les employés pendant la durée des travaux. L’entrepreneur devra planifier et exécuter les travaux de manière à minimiser les impacts sur les activités du Cégep Si l'ENTREPRENEUR ne rencontre pas la date ultime prévue à l’Échéancier pour la réception avec réserve des Travaux, il doit payer à l’ORGANISME PUBLIC une pénalité de MILLE DOLLARS (1 000,00$) par jour ouvrable de retard, sans préjudice au droit de l’ORGANISME PUBLIC d’exercer tout autre droit qu’il peut avoir. Conformément à la section 3.05 des présentes, l’ORGANISME PUBLIC peut déduire d’un paiement dû à l’ENTREPRENEUR le montant de la pénalité.
