The University of South Dakota is issuing Request for Information 26RFI20414 to conduct market research for scheduling software designed to manage Pillar 3 clinical rotation schedules. The university seeks a solution capable of handling the planning, release, adjustment, approval, and administration of these schedules, with specific functional requirements including a lottery system for schedule release, approval routing to the Registrar and department assistants, and configurable lockout dates for changes.
