Clothing Consignment

This bid is for a clothing consignment which is to be awarded from April 15, 2011 thru July 31, 2011 with the option of extending for three one year preiods. The exercise of any option year is contingent on the Governments' award of an option year to HYS and subject to the availability of continued funding. As consignment, the awarded contractor will be required to buy out the existing inventory on hand (approximately $40,000) and is required to maintain a one month inventory at the Muhlenberg Career Development Center (MCDC). The ordering process will be done weekly. Invoicing will be bi-monthly based upon the clothing issues during the month and on a net 30 basis with a Blanket Purchase Order. The invoices must reflect the BPO number. At the time of delivery all items must be signed for by the receiving clerk. Federal funds will be used to pay all bills incurred by MCDC and all applicable federal regulations apply. MCDC has 405 students of which approximately 15-20 arrive weekly. The Heavy Skill cluster students are issued the following: 5 pairs Dickies relaxed fit jeans sizes 22-32 thru 60-32, we get 32 and 34 lengths 5 each Blue Generation denim shirts style BG8206, faded blue sizes small thru 3XL. 5XL is a Hartwell light washed style 7810. 2 each Gildean long sleeve white tee shirts style G840 sizes small thru 7XL 1 each Black web belt with buckle 1 pair Rhino boots style 60S21 sizes 5 thru 17 1 each Coat charcoal Hartwell style 4375 sizes small thru 5XL (seasonal item) The Health Cluster students are issued the following: 5 sets Natural Uniform scrubs style BP101 navy blue sizes X-small thru 5XL 2 each Long sleeve tee shirts, same as above On occcasion sizes other than those listed above may be required.
