Description of the Requirement: CSC has a requirement for Microsoft Azure Cloud expertise to meet the requirement due to the nature of the expertise required. The tasks the Contractor must produce include but are not limited to: • Configure and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) objects to CSC’s Enterprise Landing Zones; • Develop and deploy cloud security solutions, policies, and controls; • Cloud security strategy and roadmap for the department migration to the recommended Azure cloud services environments; • Conversation notes, design documentation, change management documentation, contribute to reference architectures and other work requested; • Perform analysis of Defender logs and Sentinel telemetry; • Knowledge transfer for cloud migration, continuous integration and deployment best practices to Cloud security teams; • Provides technical advice and guidance to management and clients to support decisions with respect to trends and new technology products in Azure and M365 Cloud security, via regular meetings and artefacts, either as contributor or lead; • Participate in virtual discussions/meetings/working groups with CSC stakeholders; • Provide input, guidance and recommendations to CSC with regards to workload migration, via meetings or artefacts, either as contributor or lead; • Conduct analysis of M365 and Azure Cloud infrastructure components and design solutions to address deficiencies observed; • Assist Cloud Operationsteam in ingesting and correlating telemetry from on-prem and cloud devices; • Assist Cloud OPS team with the architecture, design and implementation of data loss prevention and compliance policies; • Review and provide recommendations, including guidance, for conditional access policies; • Design and deploy M365 E3/E5 solutions, via solution development or architectural design; • Design and implement Azure policy, framework and security controls for Azure services; • Review proposed identity architectures and make recommendations.
