CLOVER GROUNDS/LAWN CARE BID SOLICITATION

Clover NOLA, Inc. is soliciting bids for professional grounds maintenance services for three New Orleans campuses: the Main Campus at 1600 Constance Street, the Patrick Taylor Campus at 901 Richard Street, and the Educare New Orleans campus at 3801 St. Bernard Avenue. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials to perform approximately 40 service cycles per year at each location. Key tasks include mowing turf areas, inner yards, and playgrounds, as well as trimming, edging, weed eating, maintaining parking lots, removing encroaching vegetation, and clearing debris from sidewalks and hard surfaces to ensure all sites remain clean, safe, and professional. The contract term is scheduled from October 5, 2026, through October 5, 2027, with the option for the owner to renew for up to three additional one-year terms at a fixed 3% annual increase. Proposals must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Central time on September 16, 2026, with bid openings occurring on September 17, 2026. Qualified vendors must maintain minimum insurance limits of 1,000,000 dollars per occurrence for Workers Compensation, Commercial General Liability, and Automobile Liability, naming the owner as an additional insured. Payment will be handled via one consolidated monthly invoice for all locations, with ACH payments encouraged.
