CMAR-Rancho Gabriela Water Supply Facility Storage Tank Expansion

The City of Surprise, Arizona, through its Water Resource Management agency, is seeking experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for the Rancho Gabriela Water Supply Facility Storage Tank Expansion located at Water Works Way and Cactus Road. The selected firm will be integrated early into the project to provide critical pre-construction support, including cost estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, and risk mitigation during the design phase. Following the initial design support, the chosen firm will transition into the construction phase and assume full responsibility for the project under a Guaranteed Maximum Price agreement.
