CMPRO System Service and Maintenance

The Department of Homeland Security, through the U.S. Coast Guard Regional Contracting Southeast (LOG-93), is awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for the service and maintenance of the CMPRO (Coast Guard Maintenance and Parts Reporting Online) system. This 100% hosted solution is critical for the product lifecycle and configuration management of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense Equipment. The scope of work includes the provision of all server hardware, database and web server software, system upgrades, and technical support to ensure nationwide inventory tracking, maintenance procedure card management, and equipment ordering capabilities. This action is a total small business set-aside awarded on a sole-source basis under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), as the vendor is the only authorized developer and license holder of the CMPRO software. The contract is funded for Fiscal Year 2026 and is structured with a base year and four optional 12-month extension periods. Performance and acceptance will take place in Norfolk, Virginia. Due to the unique technical nature of the software and the lack of other licensed providers, the government has determined this non-competitive approach represents the best value and lowest overall cost alternative.
