DLA WEAPONS SUPPORT, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm fixed price contract to PHILLIPS CORPORATION, FEDERAL DIVISION, Cage code 3MPQ0 for 1EA CNC HORIZONTAL MACHINING CENTER  (HAAS EC-1600 IAW ATTACHED SPECIFICATION INCLUDING INSTALL RIGGING AND TRAINING. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 6.302-1. A Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared. The desired delivery date is 09/30/2025.


PHILLIPS CORPORATION, FEDERAL DIVISION IS THE SOLE MANUFACTURER DEALER/REP FOR THE OEM MANUFACTURER OF THE HAAS CNC HORIZONTAL MILL, MODEL EC-1600.
