THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. DLA Aviation Richmond requests proposals to procure the following supplies and services: a quantity of 1 (one) Turret Punch Press, installation at a U.S. Naval base in Japan (including foundation work), and on-site training. A complete technical data package will be available when the solicitation opens. A site visit is scheduled for interested vendors at 0930 local time on November 14, 2013.
