This is a synopsis only. A solicitation is anticipated to be issued 15 days after this posting. This synopsis is for non-commercial items. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a sole source basis to LBI Inc., Groton, CT 06340-3272. This contract will be negotiated with LBI Inc. as they are the only known vendor that can provide this item. This synopsis is for information purposes only.
