This is a Best Value Acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Production Demonstration Model (PDM), Experience/Past Performance. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with exception of the basic fabric (CLOTH, P/W, Gabardine Dark Blue MC Shade 2312 and Cloth, Broadcloth Scarlet MC Shade 2501), which will be provided as GFM. This cloth is 59 inches wide and the NSN is 8305-01-248-6805. The second cloth's NSN is 8305-01-209-6542. The storage facility for the cloth is in a depot in Peckham, NY.
