The contract pertains to the procurement of 17 electrical coils identified by NSN 5950-01-568-4878 under solicitation SPE7M1-26-T-199H, with a deadline for responses on July 20, 2026, and delivery required within 168 days after award. The requirement is governed by DLA packaging and technical quality standards referenced in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, with applicable revisions determined by the solicitation issuance or award date depending on the acquisition size. Strict prohibitions apply against the intentional addition of mercury or mercury-containing compounds to the supplied hardware, except for specific exempted applications such as batteries, fluorescent lights, sensors, weapon systems, and chemically specified reagents approved by NAVSEA.
