The contract solicitation SPE7M1-26-T-215M calls for the procurement of three electrical coils identified by NSN 5950013306497, with a delivery requirement of 500 days after order placement under FOB origin terms to the DLA Distribution New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. The item is subject to stringent technical and quality standards as defined by the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which incorporates specifications for sampling, inspection, and acceptance via MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero nonconformances required unless otherwise stated. Attributes are classified with verification levels and AQLs of VII/0.1 for critical, IV/1.0 for major, and II/4.0 for minor, and unspecified attributes default to major. Strict limitations on mercury and mercury-containing compounds are enforced, allowing exceptions only for specific applications such as batteries, fluorescent lights, certain instruments, weapon systems, and NAVSEA-approved chemical reagents, with all exempted portable items requiring shockproof construction and secondary containment per NAVSEA 5100-003D. Packaging must conform to MIL-STD-2073-1E using unspecified preservation and container methods, while labeling and marking follow MIL-STD-129 with no special identification required. The contract mandates compliance with hazardous materials regulations under 29 CFR 1910.1200 and DFARS clauses covering cyber safeguarding, trafficking in persons, employment eligibility, sustainable procurement, and prohibition of hexavalent chromium and covered defense telecommunications equipment. All deliveries are subject to government inspection and acceptance at the destination point. Electronic submission through DIBBS is required by July 27, 2026, and payment will be processed via WAWF using the DoDAAC system. The contractor must provide a Unique Entity ID and CAGE code, and represent size and socioeconomic status, while all subcontracting activities fall under DFARS clauses permitting commercial product subcontracts with specific deviations. The estimated total value is $12,975 based on a unit price of $4,325 per coil.
