Sealed proposals will be received electronically by the City of Lebanon until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, February 7, 2025, for the following project: Coleman Memorial Park – Dog Park, contains one (1) contract: Contract No. 1 – Site Improvement Contract Plans and contract documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at 11:30 AM at the City of Lebanon, Community & Economic Development Office, 735 Cumberland Street, Floor 2, Lebanon, PA 17042. Attendance is recommended for all bidders. A bid bond or certified check shall accompany each proposal to the Owner in the amount of 10-percent of the total base bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the bid opening date and may not be withdrawn during this period. All bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form and on the unit costs and alternates Inquiries shall be submitted using the “Questions” feature in PennBid.
