The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to College Source Inc., located at 8090 Engineer Road, San Diego, CA 92111-1906 for the purchase of an Online College Catalog Database Subscription for CCAF located at Gunter AFB, AL. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 519130, the small business size is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a competitive request for quotes and no solicitation is available. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Shown below is a detailed description of the requirement. 1. Online College Catalog Database Subscription The requirement will include a 1 year contract with four (4), 1-year options for user-access subscription, enabling internet access to the full utilization of a nation-wide college catalog database of current and archived collegiate institution catalogs for CCAF (Community College of the Air Force) education technicians and program managers. There will be a total of 57 users. The service must be a research tool, enabling CCAF easy access to current and archival college catalog data dating back to at least 1996. This will enable access to information from virtually every institution of higher education in the nation, as well as non-u.s. schools. The system must deliver tools for managing the evaluation, storage, and updating of college credit transfer equivalencies. Those capable of meeting the above requirement are requested to provide the following information in their response: - Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement. - Company name, point of contact, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, type of business and business and size, Cage Code and DUNS.
