Shown below is a detailed description of the requirement: 1. Online College Catalog Database Subscription The requirement will include a base 1 year contract with two (2), 1-year options for a user-access subscription, enabling internet access to the full utilization of a nation-wide college catalog database of current and archived collegiate institution catalogs for CCAF (Community College of the Air Force) education technicians and program managers. There will be a total of 57 users. The service must be a research tool, enabling ccaf easy access to current and archieval college catalog data dating back to at least 1996. This will enable access to information from virtually every institution of higher education in the nation, as well as non-u.s. schools. The system must deliver tools for managing the evaluation, storage, and updating of college credit transfer equivalencies.
