Sealed Bids for the construction of Bridge Creek and College Park Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Contract 14.3 – College Park CIPP Lining will be received by City of Laurinburg, at City Hall, 303 W. Church Street, Room 221, Laurinburg, North Carolina 28352 until 2:00pm local time on September 1, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of approximately 30,700 LF of 8-inch through 18-inch cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Duncan Parnell (https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com) for a purchase price as listed on their website. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell. Prospective bidders must purchase Bidding Documents directly through Duncan Parnell in order to be considered an official plan holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will be held via Microsoft Teams Video Conferencing at 10:00am local time on Wednesday, August 12. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.
