The Keyence VK-9700 system is the only system available that can meet the Government's requirements of z-height resolution of 1 nm, maximum viewable height of 120 nm, and true color. Vendors who feel capable of providing the supplies stated above shall fully identify their interests and submit written data or other verifiable documentation that demonstrates conclusively the capabilities of their proposed equipment to meet the stated requirements within 15 days after publication of this synopsis.
