Description of Service: The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials required to repair all damaged body panels and perform a complete repaint of the Jerr-Dan wrecker/tow truck, VIN 1HTMKAAN09H135203, using industry standard body repair/paint practices IAW the manufacturer's specifications and this PWS. No other repairs will be made without the approval of the 14th LRS/Vehicle Management.       


Description of the Procedures for Awarding the Contract: Using RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), a presolicitation notice will be posted on SAM.GOV, then at least three small businesses will be directly solicited for quotes.
