Breathing Air Systems Services for Fire Emergency Services at EAFB and P42
Solicitation # FA930127Q0003
Solicitation FA930127Q0003 is a request for quotes to establish a five-year Firm Fixed Price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a ceiling of 85,000 dollars. The contract provides for commercial annual preventive maintenance, unscheduled emergency repairs, and certified quarterly air quality sampling for high-pressure breathing air compressor systems, specifically Bauer TCOM-26, Bauer DOTR26-WRAF, and Stallion Centaur models. These services support Fire Emergency Services at Edwards Air Force Base and Air Force Plant 42 in California. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring all work is performed by authorized and certified air compressor technicians in compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910, OSHA 1910.134, and NFPA 1404 and 1500 standards. The acquisition is a full and open competition under NAICS 811310. Award will be based on best value, evaluated through a comparative analysis of technical capability, past performance, and price. A critical technical requirement is the demonstration of dual-OEM manufacturer-trained or certified technician coverage for both Bauer and Stallion/Centaur systems; failure to demonstrate this capability or a viable response plan for both locations will result in exclusion from consideration. Additionally, offerors handling Federal Contract Information must complete a CMMC Level 1 self-assessment. Payment will be processed via electronic funds transfer through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
