Tinker AFB Contracting Office, Oklahoma City, OK, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source Contract to Unify Inc, a large business, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), on or after 30 September 2014, for Command Post Console Maintenance. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award to Unify Inc, 1881 Campus Commons Drive, Reston VA 20191. 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
