Are the following statements true that the Kut Kwick BrushMaster is the only company that manufactures this type of brush mower? Rodriquez Live Fire Complex (RLFC) is located in an rugged area of South Korea. The complex consist of a Sixteen (16) Kilometer Perimeter line with a covering acres size of 3,594 acres that includes eleven (11) Firing Ranges and six (6) training areas that are not conducive to the use of a normal deck style lawn mower due to its size and numerous hills and mountains. The BrushMaster Model BM83-88D requested above is the only type /model of any Brush Cutter that has the power, maneuverability, and required cutting ability to traverse the steep hills and mountains, maneuver into tight places, ravines and gullies and has the ability to cut thru the heavy wooden brush covering the hills and mountains of the RLFC. Tractor pulled cutters are highly unsuited and unable to preform the maneuvers needed to cut /clear the brush of these hills and ranges and lack the cutting ability needed. Conventional Riding mowers and hand held brush cutters are also unsuitable for the maintenance operations necessary for the maintenance and care of all ranges and training areas located on RLFC. The requested BrushMaster Cutter has the ability to cut over one acre of terrain in an hour, and the toughness to withstand the rugged terrain it will be operated in. Without this piece of equipment it is extremely difficult if not impossible to perform the necessary maintenance needed in the time allotted. Currently this type /model of brush cutter is in use at the RLFC, Operators are extremely familiar with its operation and capabilities and are trained and certified on the Kut Kwik Brush Cutter. Vehicle Maintenance Mechanics are very well knowledgeable of the repair and maintenance procedures / service step The Brushmaster will also reduce the number of personnel, equipment and vehicles that would be /are required to perform the brush clearing / cutting operations by seventy five (75) percent or higher. The Kut Kwik Company is the only supplier of the Brushmaster Model BM83-88D and its replacement parts. Extensive Research performed by the TSAK Transportation Maintenance Manager, the Assistance Transportation Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Mechanics using internet searches, visiting Host Nation Landscaping companies or directly contacting companies that make Brush cutters. Companies such as JOHN DEERE, FECON, BOBCAT, KENWORTH, TORO, SNAPPER, KUBALBA, any company located that made brush cutters was contacted. The cutters they offered were reviewed by the Maintenance Manager and found to be insufficient for the needs of TSAK. No other Manufacture of Brush Cutters, in the United States, Host Nation or other foreign Companies manufacture a Brush Cutter that meets the needed requirements. The BM83-88D Brushmaster is manufactured solely by the Kut Kwik Company in their Company Factory and sold only by the Kut Kwik Company. TSAK has purchased repair parts from the Kut Kwik Company before. Their prices have always been extremely fair, if not better. Kut Kwik has always provided excellent customer service in shipping and tracking and making extreme last minutes changes to our part orders without any complaint or extra cost to TSAK or the United States Government They have saved the United States Government thousands in reduced parts cost, waived processing fees and reduced shipping cost. The Kut Kwik Company is, based on research and comparison, the best choice to provide the Model BM83-88D BrushCutter.
