NOTICE ============ NOTICE=============NOTICE ONLY ONE ON-SITE VISIT DAY IS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, JULY 20, 2016. Prospective bidders are required to participate in and attend an on-site tour of the GAO Building, located at 441 G Street NW, Washington DC 20548, in order to be further considered for the on-going procurement efforts leading to the anticipated award. The requisite on-site tour shall provide each prospective bidder an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the physical facility layouts and current maintenance operations within the GAO Building as a vehicle to insure that their RFI response and subsequent quote maximally addresses the anticipated requirements. Prospective bidders that do not attend the requisite Pre-Proposal on-site tour shall NOT BE ELIGIBLE to submit a response to the RFI nor the subsequent proposal nor will their response/proposal be evaluated and considered for an award. Prospective bidders are required to schedule and attend a Pre-Proposal on-site tour of the GAO building scheduled for Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 10:00 am. The on-site tour should last no more than two hours. Prospective bidders must contact Cynthia Vass-Lassiter at vasslassiterc@gao.gov to coordinate a Pre-Proposal Submission GAO site visit. Offerors that attend the requisite GAO site visit shall be provided evidentiary documentation by GAO personnel of their attendance. Again, prospective Offerors that do not attend a requisite Pre-Proposal on-site tour of the GAO Building SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE to submit a response to the RFI or the subsequent RFP proposal. In the "subject" line of your email response please the note the following "GAO-16-RFI-0002 - SITE VISIT REQUEST".
