Commercial Internet -- Intent to Award Sole Source

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: AFSC/PZIOB, Tinker AFB, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source purchase order to AT&T. AT&T will be providing the following: Commercial internet service with a line capacity of 250/1G. Service supported with a switch/router with a minimum of 12 access ports, through an AT&T trunk line located on site. The procurement of the AT&T commercial internet is to provide HQ Air Force Flight Standards Agency a non-USAF internet connection. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 01 April 2019. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 08 Mar 19 at 12 PM Central Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 08 Mar 19 at 12 PM Central Standard Time.
