Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Procurement Market Research


Notice from the United States Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Installation Contracting Division, Base Support Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio:


The AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch, WPAFB, Ohio is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources for market research purposes. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources capable of delivering Commercial Laundry Equipment & Service. The equipment is for the one of the Child Development Centers (CDC) at WPAFB and shall be installed across two (2) separate laundry rooms within the facility.


  1. Market Research and Authority Statement

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) OR PROPOSAL. This announcement


does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. It is for a potential nonappropriated fund (NAF) purchase. NAF purchases do not involve federal tax dollars, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rules do not apply.


These funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.


A solicitation for this requirement does not currently exist. The decision to solicit for a contract will be solely within the Government/NAFI's discretion. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought is voluntary and will be used for market research. The Government/NAFI will not reimburse any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice.


  1. Submission Requirements

All interested firms shall submit a response to the Primary Points of Contact, Ms. Amanda Hoyng at amanda.hoyng@us.af.mil and Ms. Ally Peterangelo at ally.peterangelo@us.af.mil demonstrating their capability to provide Commercial Laundry Equipment & Service that meets all of the minimum requirements outlined in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).


Firms that respond shall review the technical requirements and submit responses that:


    • Specify that offered products/services meet the specifications provided; and
    • Provide detailed information to show clear technical compliance.

  1. Capabilities Package Guidelines

All interested firms shall submit a capabilities package that explicitly demonstrates their capability to provide the required supply/service. The capabilities package should be brief and concise, yet clearly demonstrate an ability to meet the stated requirements.


    • Page Limit: The response must not exceed five (5) pages.
    • Submission Deadline: NO LATER THAN 11 June 2026 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
    • Submission Email Addresses: Send directly to amanda.hoyng@us.af.mil and ally.peterangelo@us.af.mil.

Subject Line: All correspondence sent via email shall contain a subject line that reads: Commercial Laundry Equipment & Service.


Technical Constraints on Email Submissions:
