NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED AS AN ELECTRICITY RETAILER BY THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMY, TRADE, AND INDUSTRY UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN ELECTRICITY BUSINESS ACT TO PERFORM ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN JAPAN. NO SUPPLIER SUBCONTRACTING WILL BE PERMISSIBLE IN THIS CONTRACT.
General Description of Commercial Power Requirements: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide the following commercial power twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS) Life Support Area (LSA), indicated on Appendix B, KCS Power Demarcation. As for any matters that are not addressed by the Technical Description (TD), the US Government and the Contractor shall have mutual consultation based on the contractor’s "Electricity Supply Conditions or Provisions”, “Wheeling Service Provisions” of the General Electricity Transmission and Distribution Utility, and “Electricity Business Act”. Package of Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available upon your request.
