DESCRIPTION



The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, is soliciting quotations for one (1) commercial Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing System, TSI PortaCount Model 8048-T, Brand Name or Equal, and an associated five-year manufacturer-authorized maintenance and calibration agreement.



This acquisition is set aside exclusively for eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act and HHSAR Part 326.



The required system shall support OSHA-accepted quantitative respirator fit testing protocols and be capable of testing N95 filtering facepiece respirators, elastomeric half-mask respirators, full-face respirators, and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) respirators. The system shall include the hardware, software, portable computing capability, accessories, consumables, and documentation necessary for immediate operation.



The requirement also includes a manufacturer-authorized five-year maintenance and calibration agreement providing annual preventive maintenance, annual calibration, manufacturer-certified calibration documentation, repair services, replacement parts as applicable, and associated manufacturer support.
