This is a notice of proposed procurement. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for a vendor to undertake a systematic review of available literature and data sources to support the estimate, the quantity and value of seaweed wild commercial harvest and aquaculture production, identify and interview harvesters, aquaculture companies and others as necessary to identify spatial and other attributes if the activities and the allocation of the product to various uses ( food, input, other)”. A methodology will need to be developed to allow for regular updates in the estimates of production quantity and value , spatial location of harvest and production areas. A report will also be provided including the results and a description of the methodology of sufficient detail to allow others to replicate and update the results. Mobile Resource Group Inc Naut'sa mawt Resources Group, Inc. Symbiotic Group Inc. T.E.S. Contract Services INC. Technomics, Incorporated Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in the solicitation documentation: This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 2.9 Statistical Analyst (one (1) senior-level resource) • for suppliers who are SA-holders: first, email only the DFO Procurement Officer on the file and request to be invited. If you are not qualified under the stream(s) and category(ies) required in spite of being an SA-holder, you must then contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TSPS SA to update your supplier profile. Proof of being added must be provided to the DFO Procurement Officer on the file before the invitation request will be considered. • for suppliers who are not SA-holders: contact PSPC's SA Authority for the TSPS SA to be added for future opportunities.
