The 11th Contracting Squadron of the Department of Defense is conducting a Sources Sought notice under solicitation FA706026Q0031 to identify vendors capable of providing a Commercial Wellness App for the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW). This market research effort seeks a secure, evidence-based digital mental health platform to serve up to 15,000 Airmen and civilian employees, including family access. The required solution must be accessible via iOS, Android, and web platforms and feature over 5,000 hours of clinically validated content, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and military-specific Mental Strength Training. The proposed six-month pilot is scheduled to run from September 30, 2026, to April 1, 2027, with performance centered in Washington, DC. Key deliverables include a customized launch plan, co-branded enrollment pages, an admin portal, and 24/7 technical support.
