RFB-CB Janitorial ServicesThe City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids for janitorial services at the Siloam Springs Community Building located at 110 North Mount Olive Street. The bid submitted shall incorporate all items listed in the Instructions and Specifications. All interested parties may obtain complete specifications from the Parks and Recreation Department, at 410 N Broadway or by contacting Parks and Recreation at document.write('parks'+'@'+'siloamsprings.com')For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or +1 (555) 000-0000.  The Siloam Springs Community Building requires general cleaning after each scheduled event, a minimum of three times per week and a maximum of six times per week, plus a monthly deep cleaning. The cleaning tasks for this building will be performed in the evenings, usually after hours, and early morning hours. Bidders must have no felony conviction within the previous 120 months, or any misdemeanor conviction involving physical violence or theft of property within the previous 60 months.    “Sealed Bid” must be written on the envelope.  Sealed bids should be sent to:“Siloam Springs Community Building Janitorial Services”Attn: Parks and Recreation ManagerP.O.
