Nature of Requirements:
Requirement Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of a Compact Heat Exchanger suitable for heating inlet process supercritical-carbon dioxide with the heat from another stream of process supercritical-carbon dioxide that meets all of the design requirements specified herein. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods. Schedule The Contractor must deliver the Electric Circulation Heater and all its related components no later than December 1, 2022. The heater will be delivered at a CanmetENERGY facility within the National Capital Area.
Security Requirement There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract.
Trade Agreements This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) only.
Basis of Selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
