This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), Washington, DC. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, CFPB intends to award a sole source contract to Logic Ease Solutions, Inc., 150 East 52nd Street, Suite 4002, New York, NY 10022 for Compliance Analysis Tool licenses. The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. This contract will provide Compliance Analysis Tool licenses for the Compliance Analysis Tool which was developed under competitively awarded contracts TPD-CFP-12-C- 0008 and 9531CB18C0001-. This acquisition seeks to procure the licenses associated and required for the use of the Tool. No solicitation documents are available, however, parties who believe they are capable of fulfilling this requirement are encouraged to submit a statement of capabilities to Contracting Officer Catherine Palmer by email at Catherine.palmer@cfpb.gov. Statements received within 15 calendar days (23 September 2022) by 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), will be considered by CFPB. The Government will not recognize any costs associated with the submission of information in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal nor does it restrict the Government in any way to an ultimate acquisition approach.
