Full Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop Aberdeen Proving Ground MD 21005-3013 has a requirement to procure the following service: Provided provide comprehensive preventative maintenance and repair support to various Perkin Elmer manufactured analytical instruments located at the Protection and Decontamination Test Branch (PDTB) Lab, within the CCDC Chemical Biological Center. Each instrument requires two preventive maintenance (PM) visits by the contractor per year, on-site repairs, software upgrades, online technical support, and telephone assistance when necessary. The intended period of performance for the above mentioned service is subject to date of award and two one year options. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to: Perkinelmer Health Sciences, Inc. Duns: 132010856 Cage Code: 1MCW2 710 Bridgeport Ave Shelton, CT, 06484-4750 All responses received within ten businesses (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete the proposed requirement will be based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
