Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Review and Revision Services

Effingham County is seeking an experienced planning and land use consultant under solicitation 26-REQ-129 to provide comprehensive review and revision services for its Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and Zoning Ordinance.
