This procurement is for the acquisition of Reciprocating Compressors, specifically part number N-50013 manufactured by Haldex Brake Products Corporation. The contract is structured with a base year and two option years, with a total estimated requirement of 1,617 pieces over three years and a maximum order of 850 units. The delivery schedule is set for 270 days with shipping terms as FOB Origin. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source due to a lack of complete, unrestrictive technical data. While the government is open to identifying other capable sources, Haldex Brake Products Corporation is currently the only approved source. Award decisions will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The procurement is subject to specific DLA packaging and quality requirements, and any alternate offerors must provide a complete data package for evaluation.
