Full Description

A Non-Commercial Solicitation will be issued for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), which will include a base term of two (2) years and three (3) one-year options. This procurement is for a Compressor, with Retro Fit Kit under NSN 4130-01-511-7193. Annual Demand Quantity is 300 each, and initial delivery will be due 120 days after date of award. All deliveries are to be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will be solicitated on an Unrestricted basis (small business set-asides do not apply for this acquisition). Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation will include Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Business System Modernization - DLA Internet Bid Board System, the DIBBS website, after the solicitation opening date at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil.
