The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for a research and development services in the field of computational physics and high performance computing enterprise. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) and DD 1423 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) describe the research that the Naval Research Laboratory is interested in. Any interested party should reference the attached documents and submit capabilities statements in accordance with those documents. This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotes. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this Request for Information (RFI) or NRL's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement.
