TITLE: F3T3SF8159A001, Sole Source Acquisition for Computer Aided Dispatch Module The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to TBL Systems, Inc. required items to be purchased are: This procurement will be for the purchase of an electronic case reporting system, incident management, computer aided dispatch (CAD) and e-citation. All functions of systems must function on iOS and be a completely cloud based data system. System shall be FBI-CJIS compliant. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A sources sought was posted on 25 May 19 and received 4 responses. The 4 companies that responded, did not meet the needs of 4th SFS, such as being iOS compatible or FBI-CJIS compliant. TBL Systems, Inc. is the only company who meets all the requirements. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 22 June 2018 at 2:00 P.M EST.
