The (SIS) division at DFATD requires additional resources to assist within two groups. The first group is IT Maintenance and the second group is IT Moves. SIS is looking for resources to provide clients with in-person support throughout the NCR, during and for one week after an IT move, such as assisting client with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Microsoft Teams (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), Smartphone activations/troubleshooting, computer hardware (connections to monitor, peripherals, docking stations), network accounts (password resets, initial login) etc. DFATD is seeking junior resources with some IT experience/skills and experienced with in person coaching and support.
The following resources are required:
RESOURCE CATEGORY: Stream 5.1 – Computer Application Support
LEVEL: Junior
QUANTITY: Up to ten (10)
SECURITY: Secret
Upon contract award, SIS will require three (3) resources for the IT Maintenance team and two (2) resources for the IT Moves team. The remaining resources will be provided on an "as and when requested" basis.
