1. To remove from sam.gov this requirement will be completed set aside at the agency level Agency Construction Multiple Award Contract (CMAC) and is not an open bid. No outside bid other than CMAC holders will be accepted.
2. To remove the Statement of work (the attached is the wrong SOW) posted on sam.gov

This solicitation is an open solicitation. Information is provided for the following Quarters Renovation Project: for Mariano Lake, Crownpoint, and Pueblo Pintado Quarters.

Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to solicit licensed Contractors to provide Design/Build Services to renovate and refurbish (modernize) and bring into compliance with current building codes (correct code deficiencies) government-furnished staff quarters and upgrade associated utility systems located within the building interior/exterior. The Contractor shall furnish supervision, labor, and equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation to provide Design/Build Services to complete major repair and improvement project specified under the Statement of Work (SOW) herein. By issuing a single solicitation for this project. This strategy allows us to award contracts, ensuring project success and efficient use of resources.

Solicitation will close on April 23, 2065, at 12:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).

Deadline for questions will be Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at COB. Please use the Question log attached to submit your questions to maryjane.johnson@bie.edu. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.

All Solicitation Response packages shall include Price Schedule (Volume 1), the Response to Evaluation Factors (Volume II) and Bid bond to be considered for award.
