Concession Supplies

Abilene Independent School District is soliciting proposals for Concession Supplies under solicitation number 017, 25-26, with a strict submission deadline of 11:00 a.m. on June 10, 2026. Proposals must be submitted either electronically through the district’s designated portal at www.abileneisd.org/ionwave or via hard copy, with late submissions categorically rejected. Any contract awarded is subject to termination for cause with five days’ notice or without cause with thirty days’ notice, and may be terminated without penalty due to non-appropriation of funds. The District reserves the right to modify delivery locations and issue emergency delivery requests during the contract term, with vendors expected to make best efforts to comply. Pricing evaluation accounts for 30% of the total score, weighted as 20 points for total cost and 10 points for long-term cost, while vendor qualifications, support model, deployment plan, and scalability contribute additional points toward a best-value award as defined by 2 CFR 200 and Texas Education Code Section 44.031(b).
