The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to support market research to determine the availability and capability of small businesses capable of providing Concrete Crushing Services at Tyndall AFB, Florida.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INTERESTED VENDORS:
In accordance with RFO 5.101, the Government intends to utilize oral solicitations to streamline the award process. Therefore, your response to this notice is essential, as it will directly shape the competitive pool, set-aside determinations, and the structure of the upcoming oral solicitation phase.
Responding to this notice is for planning purposes only and is given with no expectation of compensation. Submission of this information is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor does the Government intend to award a contract solely on the basis of this notice. Finally, upon review of industry responses to this notice, the Government will determine whether the requirement should be set aside for small businesses or other socio-economic designated businesses.
The NAICS Codes is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors , with a size standard of $19M. A response to this Sources Sought/Presolicitation Notice will not be considered an adequate response to any forthcoming solicitation. The tentative solicitation issue date is to be determined based on the responses received from this presolicitation notice. The Government intends to award one contract to satisfy this requirement. Please see attached Draft Performance of Work Statement. A final PWS will be issued at the time of the oral solicitation. Potential offerors are highly encouraged to provide feedback on the Draft PWS content. The Government may or may not revise the draft PWS based on feedback provided, and does not expect significant changes to the draft PWS published. Potential offerors are cautioned that final oral presentations and subsequent evaluations must be based on the actual solicitation and not the draft documents.
Submission Requirements
It is imperative that business concerns responding to this presolicitation notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately. Interested small businesses are requested to submit a brief capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to perform the requested Concrete Crushing Services.
