Conditional Use Permit application to establish a religious assembly facility. The project is proposed to be completed in two phases over five years. Phase 1 includes the conversion of an existing 4,765 square foot agricultural building to a temple. Phase 2 includes the conversion of an existing 2,642 square foot agricultural building to a meditation hall. Access to the religious assembly facility shall be limited to Lammers Road only. The applicant proposes a maximum attendance of 70 people for daily operations and a maximum of 600 attendees per day at six (6) proposed annual accessory events, with attendance not to exceed 150 people at any one time. Daily operating hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. An average of five (5) staff members are anticipated on-site for daily operations. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture).
