This contract covers the supply of lubricated latex condoms packaged in strips of three, with nonoxynol-9 spermicide, totaling 1,008 units per package. The condoms must be stored under controlled conditions, specifically in a cool, dry environment at or below room temperature, avoiding exposure to temperatures above 100 degrees Fahrenheit or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as protection from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, and fluorescent light. Each package must have a shelf life of 36 months, with no more than five months elapsed from the manufacturing date to the government delivery date.
