Conduct Water Study on Kaho`olawe Island

The Kahoʻolawe Island Reserve Commission, under the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources, is soliciting a consultant to conduct a comprehensive Water Development Study. The primary objective is to address limited freshwater availability and deteriorating catchment infrastructure to support ongoing restoration and revegetation efforts on the island. The contract is governed by the AG-008 103D General Conditions, which mandate strict compliance with Hawaii State tax laws, including the procurement of a General Excise Tax License, Tax Clearance Certificate, Certificate of Compliance, and Certificate of Good Standing. Additionally, the contractor must adhere to rigorous data security protocols for personal information and maintain all necessary employee-related insurance. Payments are subject to the availability of funds and the submission of original invoices certifying that services were performed according to the contract.
